Does God Care?
One thing that we must understand is that God desires for us to be healthy.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 2
We are here to prepare others to develop a Christ like character, through an education of healthy lifestyle and biblical principles.
Our ultimate desire is to finish the work that Jesus left us to do, and that is to make known the character of God through acts of disinterested kindness and exemplifying a life of total obedience to God. We want to fulfill the same calling that Jesus spoke of in Luke 4:18,19. We long to see our Savior return and desire others to share in the joy of hasting His coming.
One thing that we must understand is that God desires for us to be healthy.

One of the major concerns I get from women desiring a better lifestyle or just needing help with more energy throughout the day is: How do I get enough iron in my diet. Whether the issue is fatigue, cold hands and feet, or even ice cravings, it all most likely stems back to an iron deficiency. Lack of iron deprives the body of its needed oxygen (this is the reason why you may feel tired all the time or are out of breath after light exercise).
1. Spiralize 4-5 large carrots. (At this point we like to slightly blanch our carrots; this helps with
being able to digest them better and receive the nutrients more readily in the body as
oppose to eating them raw)
Have you ever found yourself asking the question: “What can I do to lose weight?” “How did I get this big anyway?” Well the simplest answer that we can give is temperance or self-control. This is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22 KJV) and is also one of the 8 laws of health. To lose weight requires a complete lifestyle change, and only God can help you achieve this.
